SaudizationMeter implements the full Nitaqat Mutawar formula rules. Saudi and GCC nationals earn full credit (1.0×) at SAR 4,000+/month, half credit (0.5×) at SAR 3,000–3,999/month, and zero credit below SAR 3,000/month. Part-time workers earn 0.5× if salary ≥ SAR 3,000/month. Hourly and flexible workers earn 1.0× per the 2024 amendment when monthly hours reach 160+. Disabled workers count as 4×, subject to a 10% cap of your Saudi/GCC headcount — workers beyond that cap revert to standard salary-based credit. Dual-employment: credit goes to the primary employer only. Band thresholds use the sector-specific logarithmic formula per MHRSD guidelines. Always verify with your Qiwa portal for official confirmation.

Yes. For companies with 5 or fewer active employees, the system applies the micro entity exemption: pass/fail mode requiring at least one Saudi or GCC national with a salary ≥ SAR 4,000. Percentage-based banding does not apply.

CSV import is supported on Starter and above plans. Direct API integration with Qiwa and GOSI portals is on the roadmap for Enterprise customers.
