Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You'll be notified when approaching your limit. Once reached, you won't be able to add new employees until you upgrade or remove existing ones. Your existing data remains intact.
The Free plan is available permanently with no time limit. Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial: a payment method is required to start it, and you are charged only if you don't cancel before the trial ends.
You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
